Spectra Pearl is located on a prominent, bustling downtown Hartford corner. Culture and green space are within a moment’s walk.  Standing side-by-side, 101 and 111 Pearl are the results of a meticulous restoration that transformed former commercial buildings into cherished, one-of-a-kind residences.  Architects of Spectra Pearl carefully researched and restored 111 Pearl’s landmark brick facade to perfectly match a historic palette. Creativity and patience ensured the preservation of the original steel casement windows, including the distinctive hardware.

Similarly, from the project’s start, 101 Pearl’s strong steel framework radiated potential. The architects envisioned a brand new look for the building: expansive city views framed within floor-to-ceiling windows on each level.  You can’t help but appreciate the timeless quality of the buildings’ uncluttered, sleek lines: a mod, sophisticated take on architecture, as at home in Hartford today as last century.
